NFL Hard Knocks - Can't download the first 3 episodes

I've just signed up for Sports Action & Arena for the start of the NFL season (as I do every year) and can see the first 3 episodes of Hard Knocks available to download, however they are not 'assigned' to a particular channel and just say Sky Sports, and when I try to download or watch them it asks me to upgrade to Sky Sports. Oddly enough episodes 4 & 5 have appeared in Action and I can download and watch them.

Have I missed something, or are Sky just being awkward?

Did you have any luck with this? I had a series link set up to record Hard Knocks but instead of episode 4 all I got was an hour of tennis! Tried downloading it and had exactly the same problem you did as I only subscribe to Action & Arena. Were you able to get it resolved?

No. No response from the email I sent and only episodes 4 and 5 are available "without an upgrade". No idea what to do next.

OK, thanks for letting me know - it's strange that you can download episode 4 and I can't though, something weird is going on and it's pretty annoying not to be able to download a show that was on a channel I pay for.

I've emailed as well now so I'll see if I get a response. Only other thing I can think of would be to try to phone customer services?

@Richado- it's now working, all the episodes are showing as Sky Sports Action not just Sky Sports and I've successfully downloaded episode 4 so I would assume all the others will work too.

I had a reply last Tuesday from the Viewer Relations team basically saying "we're looking into it, we'll let you know", haven't had any further reply from them but have been checking on the box every couple of days just in case - and this morning it worked. So it seems that they've made the change necessary even though they haven't contacted me to tell me they did it.

Thanks! I've just requested downloads via the SkyGo app to my Sky box so they should be waiting for me when I get home.
