I have lost internet network connection to tv so no apps.i have sky q box.this is third time this year so have had 2 engineer visits already.i have follwed all on screen instructions switched on switched in etc and no joy.i had the old sky box 20 years and not one problem.had this box less than 2 years and problems.not impressed and can't get to speak to anyone yesterday or today.am paying for apps i can't use.
