My sky sports plus keeps cutting out,have rebooted sky q and router but still have problems

Can anyone help please,watching the football it keeps freezing and then restarting,have rebooted skyq abd router

is this a general problem with this app?

I had the same problem with tennis around the same time you posted this last night. Freezing and restarting.
