Hi @Freddie+flood 

Check the following link and it will lead to a form for a replacement remote.

In the meantime if you have an Apple or Android device with Sky Go you can set up a virtual remote to control your Q boxes.

To find your lost Sky Q remote, you just need to press the Q button on the front of the main box. This will make the lost remote (providing its in range) to bleep for 30 seconds giving you time to find it.
