Going to need more than that if you want some help, any error messages at all?

I am the same, my mini box will not receive satellite signal, access catch-up TV or recordings. Yet I have satellite signal on main box.

 

Also cannot access recordings in main box

 

Fault diagnosis actions I have taken so far

 

- reboot main SKY-Q box

- reboot mini sky box

- rebooted internet 

- tested iPlayer via mininbix, this worked proving internet connection

- reactivated mini skq box from settings menu

 

Still no satellite, recordings or catch-up

Have satellite signal on main box.

 

Was ok last night, issue from this morning. Software version on min box is Q230.000.14.00L (5nf3ptk)

 

This feels like a software issue problem to me...

 

Hope this helps diagnose issue.
