Problem linking existing Netflix account

Hi.

We recently (one week ago) upgraded our Sky package to Signature/Ultimate/HD/UHD/Multiscreen; we already had a Sky Q main box which is UHD compatible and we can now watch Sky 4k programmes on it, we also already had a Sky Q mini in another room. We had an existing Netflix Standard account logged in on the Sky boxes, this is my wife's account (so different email address to the Sky account). From what I've read, to link the Sky sub to the Netflix account we just need to log into the Netflix app on the Sky box - but nothing has changed. I've tried logging out and in again but to no avail, the Netflix account is still showing as "Standard HD" and it isn't showing 4k programmes in the app. 

 

Is there something I am missing here or could try? I suspect that Sky might say it's a Netflix issue and Netflix might say it's a Sky issue, so just thought I'd ask the experts here first before I go down that route. Hopefully something simple I haven't done.

 

One other thing, when we upgraded we got an email about linking the accounts which I forwarded to my wife. She said she messed it up and couldn't log in, so I tried it and it said the link had expired.
