My box keeps disconnecting from my Internet. It's currently not working and it always does it about two in the morning till five in the morning and it's really making me angry as I'm paying for a service. I'm not getting it's not the Internet as every other device, it's connected to my Internet works 24 seven it is the skybox.

@Beeepboop493 based on the time you say this happening, try changing your standby mode to none by going to Home > Settings > Setup > Preferences > Standby mode None
