My sky box come when I was in work

My sky box came when I was in work and I haven't had it since even though I have had 2 week off where I was available. Do you know when I will recieve

@Hazels1613  Sky Q boxes are normally installed by engineers due to needing a satellite dish, a box swap would be a courier whoi also take the old one away.

 

What box/service did you order as you've posted in the Sky Q section.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
