My apps are blinking black screen through films

When I watch the apps on sky Q ,Netflix or Amazon prime, the films keep blinking with black screen constantly,  this only recently started few days ago .

Could you possibly help with this please

Just as a diagnostic step, try changing the output res to 1080p
