My Sky Q is taking ages to update
The software download has been going for 40 mins now and it just says update in progress. The tv isn't working and nor are the apps

Hi @Peggy8 Did you kick off the software update, because it normally performs updates automatically overnight. If possible please upload an image. In most cases people find that it is the TV (not the Sky Q box) that requires your attention with the TV remote. The image will tell us.
