Can’t watch Sky kids

If I go to sky kids channel via 601 if seems to work fine but if I try to navigate via sky menu it doesn't work and asks me to upgrade. I have checked my account and all seems ok there.

do you have the HD add on 

 

If not, is the channel you are trying to watch via the main menu  the HD version ?
