I'm at the end of my tether, for the past 18 months every single day the sky has had to be restarted at least 4 times per day. One day it was 72 times one day, they said it was WiFi internet.. So I moved my broadband to another provider, I'm full fibre to my house direct on highest possible speed. Getting 700-800 on avg with no issues. But, Q box continues making loud noise, & freezing. New box set up this morning., but tonight it’s done the same twice. I have changed the HD settings? What else could it be, my broadband is fine? It's soul destroying enjoying a film & having to reset the whole system 2-5 times!

Yes it is on an open shelf in a room that doesn't have a radiator, it's the coolest room in the house. Defo not over heating.
