My box alllos me to watch Sky max but cant download league of their own in SD (I dont have HD)

Are you sure you are trying to download the SD version as it might default to the HD one.

Press Home on your Sky Q remote and select Settings, then Setup. Select Preferences, then 'On Demand default download format', and choose SD.

I have 100% selected SD.

I did follpw your tip on changing the preference moving fprward though. So thank you @caesarome

Any other thoughts?
