Sky Q 2tb box won't connect to sky router

Sky q main box drops wifi to sky router. 2 mini boxes lose connection too. Tried resetting and pressing wps button. Not able to get a connection 

WiFi from router working fine......

This isn't the first time this has happened, I will keep trying to reset 

Any help other than the usual "follow the guidelines" obviously done that before I am here now!
