Multi room Netflix not working

just renwewed my contract for 18 months and changed a couple of things but left multiroom on. Now Netflix will only play in 1 room at a time. Any idea why? Unhappy kids 🙂

Did you remove the Sky Q Monthly HD pack @stevienicknacks22 ?

 

Assuming you subscribe through Sky
Sky Ultimate TV includes the Netflix Basic plan (1 screen + HD)
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack On Sky Q.
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first) on Sky Q.

Ahh yes I did, they never mentioned that would impact it Thanks I'll speak to them tomorrow
