sky q mini box please check your subscription

I can't watch any TV channels on my Sky Q mini box. Both the main and mini boxes are connected to Sky broadband wifi as there is a tick next to "Network connection" in settings and both boxes have "watch on Sky Q mini box" ticked.  I have rebooted the boxes and the router many times but I still get the same error.

Hi @Brashi 

Assume that you have a Sky Q monthly Multiscreen subscription?

Yes, since it was installed in 2019.

I am having exactly the same problem, My subscription definitely covers multi screen

Assume you are not trying to watch UHD content on the mini are you?

@oldfella no, as I said in my original post it is happening on all channels. Looking through the community it seems to be happening to loads of mini boxes currently.

I get the same message on all channels and I am defintely nit trying anything in UHD
