Booked a house move last week but not received any confirmation on the booking and no active orders on my account even though I thought I had an engineer booked for Friday 22nd. Concerned that my booking was not successful, so should I re book the move? Can't seem to speak with anyone to check my account.

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
