I hope this is the right place.
i spoke to sky on the phone yesterday about moving my sky dish. The guy I spoke to booked me an appointment for this coming Monday, paid the £60 fee, but I've had no confirmation. I've checked on the app and nothing on there, no email/text. I've checked my bank and the fee has come out.
will they just turn up or will I get confirmation soon? I don't want to wait until Monday and then no one arrive,
