If it is indeed a q tv box then the only reason I can think of where this would occur is where sky treat it has a cancellation of services at old address and a complete new installation/contract at new address
so @AdamMcArdle are you certain you completed a home move and not a cancellation/new installation

@AdamMcArdle There's the catch a sky q box could refer to tv or hub as sky aren't being specific in what they are sending out

Even if you were staying on fttc sky would send you out the broadband hub as all lines are moving away from pstn eventually .
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

ok so to be clear then they must be sending me a replacement sky broadband hub to use at my current address & then i can take it with me to my new address.
and to confirm it was definitely a home move I requested.
