I received a replacement Sky Q box as the original one had a HD issue but there was no power cable supplied.
I have tried to call Customer Services but just couldn't get through to anyone,. It's the most infuriating system!!
Can someone help me get a power cable supplied?

What is the type of connector on your box - is it a blue coloured one with a figure of 8 socket or is it a round orange multi pin ?
If the former you might find it eaisier to just get a new cable yourself from many sources - search for IEC C7 figure of eight
If the latter it is a proprietary power supply & you will need one from SKY although we may be able to refer your post to a support team

The original had the 2 pin cable but the new one has the multi pin. 😞

If you are using Safari I believe you must make sure that 'Hide IP address' is not checked in settings to be able to see it - if you have difficulty finding that setting then may be try accessing here with another browser
Hopefully they can sort you out - it may need another replacement box sending rather than just a power supply.
BTW there may have been a power supply in the box - we know people do often miss them as they don't know to look for one

I had to get my Sky Q box replaced due to it being faulty.
came today via DPD and the man said he needed the old one NOW as he needed to take it back so I had to rush and get the old one and give it to him, he already had just the new box in his hand, handed it over and took the old one.
i went to plug it all in and the old power cable won't work as the new box is circular 5pin.
spoke to sky and was told they Have to book an engineer, 25th is the earliest, spoke to people who have had the same issue and they had a cable sent out next day!!!

I have had same issue as in post. Old box had blue figure 8 cable new one has different. Asked the delivery person about cables who said there was none in box. Please can I get a replacement asap
