Hi @TonyBontoft
Is it a Sky Q booster you have and if so where is it located?

Yes it is, about 8 feet from the mini box

Hi @TonyBontoft
First reset your broadband router.
If on Sky broadband hold the Reset on the back of the router until the power light flashes green (about 10 seconds). Don't unplug or switch off your router while it resets. The power light will go green when it's done.
If on 3rd party broadband and your router does not have a reset button, reboot it by disconnecting the power lead for 30 secs and then reconnecting.
Wait until the router is completely back and running and then try a Network Reset found in Q box Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to connect by WiFi to your router. Even if reset is not listed there is still an option to connect by WiFi to Sky or 3rd party router
If you are on Sky Broadband you will be asked to press the WPS button on the Sky router. (Not on the Q box as the Network reset will start the main Q box WPS automatically). Make sure you press the WPS button on the Sky router and not the reset button.
if you are on 3rd party (non Sky ) broadband then you need to enter the SSID and password for the router 2.4 Ghz WiFi band.
Assuming the main Q box is connected correctly you need to set up the Q booster as follows.
Position the booster approx midway between the main Q box and the mini.
Tip: Need to move your booster after you've connected, don't worry it will automatically reconnect when its moved as long as its within range of your main Q box.
Then carry out a Network Reset on the mini.
Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with Q device,
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the Q booster box (not the mini as the Network reset will start the mini WPS automatically).

Hi @Old fella, thanks for your help. I tried your suggestions without success, I'm afraid. Had to resort to calling Sky, the chap I spoke to went through the same processes but it appears that my main Sky Q box is not connecting to my network, despite repeated attempts. I have booked an engineer's visit (5 weeks time!).

Sorry Kirsty, this system won't allow me to send the number but if you go through the network reset system on your tv you'll find it there
