Had new fibre optic installed yesterday and my TV is asking for a viewing card which I don't have - I have always used my passcode

@124ph

You'll need to explain some more.  You've posted in the Sky Q forum: a main Q box requires a viewing card to do anything at all, and having a fibre optic installation for broadband should be entirely unrelated to that.

Indeed, Q does have a viewing card butit's not always obvious - look closely...

Not sure what a 'passcode' is in relation to.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
