Mini box says you can't watch this Chanel due to technical fault even if I'm watching a recording

This isn't chat to Sky Customer Services. This is a forum where customers try to help other customers. Sky won't call you as a result of your post. 

What have you tried already? Have you rebooted your main box, then when that's up and running doing the same to the mini box?
