Mini box keeps disconnecting from Sky Q box and Broadband

Hello, wondering if anyone can help. I have 3 mini boxes and one keeps disconnecting from the Sky Q box and also from the WiFi. This is becoming very frustrating. Have tried resets etc to no avail. 

Any ideas?
