I can’t connect my router with my tv?

I've tried turning both off and on again then reset router at the back of it. Once all back on I pressed the search wps on both devices and they are flashing orange but no joy? Anything else I can try please

Yes on my Sky Q box and the router. A message is on the screen saying it's lost network connection. The satellite is ok but no connection so can't access recordings or apps just watch tv gave up tonight will try again tomorrow tried lots of time to get the signal no joy?
