The mini box upstairs will not turn on it says error m108 I've tried to reset it will not work at all

You you sure it is not MR108, the only way to get to bottom is contact customer services, or go through the normal rebooting the whole system

@Terri40 Have you tried rebooting your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions
then
rebooting your mini box
