TV Essentials

I have come to the end of my contract and decided I cannot afford to renew the contract

ive just been reading that they have a TV Essentials package which allows the free to air channels with the pause/rewind options....how do I get onto that package? The sky robot wasn't helpful lol

@Samantha-LouiseUnfortunately you will have to phone Sky, there is never a way to reduce/cancel on line.

No I have already cancelled, I'm awaiting the packaging to return their boxes but currently using the free to air channels which I am happy with,  but just seen the 'TV Essentials' package which I've never heard of but can't find it online anywhere

You will probably have to phone sky anyway to get the best deal.
