Mini box error mr204

Hi we had a new sky router installed yesterday and since installation the sky mini box in the bedroom  keeps disconnecting we can get it logged back in and it all works fine but goes off again after a couple of minutes later saying there is no network connection, we have turned the router off and the main sky q box and re booted it, it comes back on and all network options are ticked and says we can watch mini box but it won't stay connected so cannot watch the tv, the router is connected to the main sky q box through an Ethernet canbe
