Very happy with Sky Q and have main box + 2 mini boxes. We have just had some building work done and in clearing out several rooms we have lost one of the mini boxes and its remote control. We cannot find it anywhere and fear it may have gone in a skip by mistake. We want a replacement and are happy to pay for it but cannot contact Sky to request this. The robot said it could not understand my question. Any help very welcome.
