Sky mini box

Having problems with my sky mini box in my bedroom, kept telling me there was no internet connection (which there was) rebooted WiFi rebooted boxes, still not working telling me to make sure my viewing card is installed in the sky Q box which it is. Can't watch anything on mini box.
