I have a main sky q box and 2 minus plus a sky router. Main box connected via Ethernet cable to the router, bedroom mini connected via Ethernet to the router and one mini connected via wifi. Every night between 2200 and 2300 the bedroom mini disconnects itself with error code mr104. Very frustrating as each night if I turn the power off to the main sky a box for 5 seconds all works ok. Any clues please or it's all going in the bin.....

Try a reboot of the main Sky Q box first, then once that’s back up and running do the same with your mini boxes:
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

I presume that's your frustration talking as that would be unwise. All Sky Q boxes are loaned to you and must be returned at the cancellation of a subscription, or in the case of the mini boxes cancellation of the Multiscreen subscription.

I appreciate the reply but my solution works. I just want to stop it happening every night. I feel like Sky has turned into my dad and is telling me I can't watch tv in bed after a certain time. Why is it happening at the same time every night??????? There is clearly no connection problem of a quick on off would not work and the issue would still be there. I just don't get it......

Thanks for the reply but nothing on a timer, the bedroom mini is about only 2m away from the sky router so I'd be amazed if it's interference. It's really frustrating as having to turn the main box off interrupts recordings and spoils what I'm watching
