Mini bo

One of the sky q mini box is not working. I have an error saying this screen does not support HDCP. Try reconnecting your HDMI cabl or use a different screen. I have tried everything possible to fix this but it doesn't work

If you've tried 'everything possible' then you'll need to call Sky.

 

I presume it used to work?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
