I've had my Q box for about 6 years. Last week I was getting a "no satellite signal" error. Then it wouldn't turn on at all, but got around that by re-pairing the remote. When it came back on all my recordings and app logins were gone.
Does it sound like the box is knackered?

Update: I spoke to sky and an engineer came out and replaced the box.
