Sky minibox not connecting to main box correctly. States "waiting for TV listings" but they don't load.
Have rebooted several times over past couple of weeks but still not working.

Have you rebooted the main Sky Q box then done the same with the mini box?

Yes. Rebooted everything several times - same result.

Just tried that but same result unfortunately.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you search the forum using 'waiting for TV schedule' in the search box above you'll find that the advice to reboot normally rectifies the issue. Unless someone can suggest something different you may need to contact Sky.

I've tried everything suggested now so have had to book an engineer.
