Menu text on screen but no images

Hi

we have the text and menu boxes on the screen but no images? Sky says 'technical error, which they are working on'. We have no satellite dish interference and good connectivity. Sky engineer is booked for the 17th August!! 
anyone got any ideas??

Hi @JMMorris   Try rebooting your broadband router to refresh its DNS.
