ive gone to turn my sky box on and the remote has stopped working, I changed the batteries and still not working.
would like to order a new one

If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (this is not available for customers in the ROI).
