Memory card needs rebooting regularly Fault code is MR104

Message on turning on TV that memory card is not inserted properly but it is. Fault code is MR104

You mean Viewing card?

 

MR104 is a network connection error between the mini and Q, not related to a viewing card and usually shows up on the mini which doesn't have a viewing card anyway.

 

Or is it a TV specific error about some memory card facility it has?

Looks like 2 issues. When Mini does not give TV upstairs it can be reset but shows MR104.

At same time downstairs TV says viewing card needs inserting even though it is in and up the right way!

Have you tried taking the card out, cleaning the chip with a soft cloth & re-inserting it?
