I have HD so why am I being asked to press red button to upgrade

I've sky Q, Signature, HD, multi room, discovery plus and Disney. I started to watch Lockerbie today but after three episodes I was asked to press the red button on my control to upgrade why?

Hi @Mags-B   Which version of Lockerbie, which channel? Why mention Discovery+ and Disney. Is this a particular programme that you are streaming?

Hi @Mags-B 

Are you sure you haven't selected a UHD version??

Although you have HD;  Lockerbie is also in UHD
