Main Q Box working but Mini box just shows HDM12

My main Q Box is working but the mini box just shows EC/HDM12

I think that's probably EC (External Connection) / HDMI 2

As a start, is the Mini box actually on HDMI #2 on that television set?

If so, try rebooting first then main Q box and then the Mini by removing and reinserting the power connections.
