Sudden loss of channel!

Hi all very new to SKY just joined 

 

The channel I was happily watching suddenly turned off, spent the last 25 mins following instructions without success, so annoying. The backlight on my remote is pulsing, what does that mean? 

Surley, can't be the batteries?

I've just started using ( just over a wk)

It is quite likely due to the weather - please see:

 

Snow affecting Signal

Mine went down also, been with sky 12 years now, not sure what's going on!

Was fine yesterday morning just not 02:00 switched off !!! Frustrating ! Maybe it's tell me switch off and Zzzz:)

@SS2025 If you box is switching off at 2.00am then you may have the standby settings set to eco try canging them on the main box and any mini boxes you may have to active or none

Eco Mode only kicks in at 02:45.

Maybe it wasn't exactly 2am when it happened

 

to be fair, unless you're working shifts, that ain't a healthy time to be awake anyway 😁
