When trying to download I keep receiving a location check failure and everything fails. Any idea how to fix please

The last post suggest going into the link says settings and refreshing your ip address.
Others have called them and they are aware of some problems.
The failure does come from an invalid ip address, that Sky Q is not able to resolve correctly or assumes it's not a UK address, even though it maybe.
