Lionsgate+ 3 month trial set up issue

I've put in my card details on the relevant app page via my SkyQ box, gone to the next page to scan the QR code and done so, where of course as always it takes you to a web page to complete the log in set up. Initially it said 'Oops I had gone to that page too soon' now it's saying the page doesn't exist or the link has expired. 

So, having given my card details to start the trial I have no login in details or access.

 

Any ideas anyone?

Can't scan the QR code as it says the page doesn't exist or the link has expired.

 

If I go to sky.com/lionsgateplus-activate then it says "It looks like you might have tried to access this page too quickly. Please check you've added LIONSGATE+ to your account before trying again."

 

And indeed, Lionsgate+ is not showing in My Products.

Can't activate Lionsgate+ subscription via the QR code

Hello, 

 

I've signed up to the 3 month free trial of via Lionsgate+ via Sky Glass but when trying to link an account via the website sky.com/lionsgateplus-activate it doesn't work telling me I might have accessed the page too quickly before activating on my account. 

 

I'm so confused and not sure how to fix it.

Exact same thing has just happened to us! 
I'm fuming... how do you even prove to sky that you've set up a payment if you have no confirmation ? Nice to know how I'm spending my weekend... can't wait to sit on the phone for hours and get absolutely nowhere 🤦‍♀️🙄

That's what's annoy me more than anything! If I can't get through to sky and prove I've set up a D/D (which will only show on my account once they take money) then how on earth are you meant to cancel it ? **bleep** useless!

Update

 

still having the issue but found the subscription in the My Sky area of the Menu of my SkyQ Box. I believe it would be in the same place on a Glass TV.

 

Cancelled the renewal through this route but still shows the free trial is active. 

I believe (but am not certain) this is a Sky issue, hopefully will be resolved and will be able to link the trial to Lionsgate themselves and create a login. The above area also has an Activate option which goes to the QR page although the scan option still takes me to the same error page as before. Maybe it will work in a day or two if they fix it.

First things first, rest assured. This is not a problem with any of your devices. It is entirely Sky. The Exact Same thing happened to me when I set up the Paramount channel for the first time. I was losing the will to live constantly trying to enter my details and receiving the same 'oops message'. It's nonsense Probably caused by too many people trying to access the server. Either way, when I finally managed to speak to someone over the phone he knew exactly what was going on and sorted it in three seconds. Presumably now the same issue has arisen when trying to sign up for the lionsgate trial, I will just have to annoyingly wait until tomorrow morning and get connected by talking to someone then (Although I would have quite liked to start watching movies now) Get it together Sky it is infuriating!

Activate lionsgate+

I'm trying 2 activate lionsgate+ through sky via free for 3mths but everytime I do it's just sayin looks like you've accessed this page two quickly any ideas
