Yea sounds great if only you could actually sign up.

 

Obviously there is a glitch QR code does not work, web address either. [content removed]

 

Signed up to what, cant even cancel.

Paramount plus sign up was the same.  A statement would be nice and awhile your at it an apology.

Mine just started working too. I tried the activation link (sky.com/lionsgateplus-activate

when logged in to sky.com in a browser and it redirected me to log in to Lionsgate+ & activate the trial.

@Aanire I hadn't tried watching something in truth but after seeing your post and a couple of other people asking that have just watched a few minutes of Outlander with no issues

Just spoke to Sky they said its an issue they are aware of. They said once the seven day trial expires it will automatically convert to 3 months.

When I go to watch anything it comes up claim offer - Then asks for payment details which I have already given to Sky - Something not right here and I have been stung before by Lionsgate

I hope this is the case. It's taken me forever to sort this out, I wish I hadn't bothered really, i only did because I want to watch The Spanish Princess.  On my  app subscriptions on my Sky Q box it says auto renew on 29th October but on the Lionsgate website it says next payment will be taken on 5th August,  I shall be mad if it does!   Can anyone confirm if this is ok?  Thanks

Lionsgate offer

Trying to sign up to 3 months Lionsgate offer but can't get past the Marketplace Card detail screen without MYSKY_2408 error. Tried for days and different cards. Even tried updating card details in Marketplace on main Sky website but same issue. Any ideas.

Guys, try the following sequence and see if it works as it did for me...

 

Log out your existing account at lions gate plus website.

 

Then on web browser manually input:

 

www.Sky.com/lionsgateplus-activate

 

once logged in on the sky website it will redirect you to lionsgate plus website,  from there you choose login with your existing lionsgate credentials.

 

Then you should be able to open Lionsgate+ app on Sky Q.

Lionsgate+ 3 Month Trial Not Working

I have been clicking on the Lionsgate offer on my Sky Q page. I get through to the 3rd page where it asks for my payment details, which I input and then I get an error with the code Mysky_2408 and "please try again later". I have been doing this for about 3 hours and no change.

 

So I called the technical support and spent 57 minutes on the phone to someone who had absolutely no idea what they were talking about.

 

In the end they told me to just sign up to the Lionsgate App for a free 7 day trial with the same email as my sky account and it will automatically apply a 3 month trial and I will get an email.

 

I am very skeptical about this, how will Lionsgate know to give me a sky offer??? 

Also an hour later, still no email.

 

Sky just keeps getting worse and worse with their customer service.

 

Any tips or help would be appreciated as I think all I will end up with is the 7 day free trial from Lionsgate.
