Sky viewing card not being read

  • My sky Q card is suddenly not being read a message pops up on screen tried switching it off but still no channneisx

@Baxter1962 try taking the card out giving it a clean with a soft cloth then re-inserting the card

@Baxter1962 ok You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet
