Keep loosing connection

I have bt broadband and my sky q box and mini box keep loosing connection all the time. I have to keep resetting it and putting password in. 
my WiFi signal is fine and other devices are all working fine so I don't believe it is my WiFi which is causing the problem. 
I have to reset several times a day!

A Q booster might help. You can get one from Sky for free if they can't fix it over the phone.

Personally I switched to ethernet

oh and the BT "Smart" wifi feature is worth disabling, see if that helps

and separating the 2.4GHz (which Q will use) and 5GHz (which it won't) into two different SSIDs has been said to help too.
