My sky q mini box wont connect.

Tried the reset and reboot procedure. Can't now get the box out of the standby (red light) mode.

It goes through the "hello" screen.

you will be ready to go in a couple of minutes, your screen will shortly go blank, please do not switch off

when screen goes blank press "home"

all fine up to this point, and then nothing else happens
