Itv chnls on sky Q

Sky Q box in ROI.  Can't seem to retune ITV channels. Have tried latest parameters in discussion but keep getting "channel not found".

Any ideas please

Thanks

@GD15  You will need to remove the existing copies from the manual channels list 1st before adding them again.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Itv chnls on sky Q

Hi

I've only recently switched back to Sky Q from stream and I don't have any old ITV chnls on my list but still cannot add new ones with the updated parameters?

Re: Itv chnls on sky Q

Make sure you're entering the tuning details exactly right particularly the last bit (DVB-S2 8PSK).

ITV1/UTV, ITV4, ITVBe - 11386 V 27.5 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK
ITV2 - 11386 H 27.5 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK
ITV3 - 11344 H 27.5 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK

ITV+1 channels:

11344 V 27500 2/3 DVB-S2 8PSK

While sometimes a dish alignment fault can cause a problem receiving certain transponders, it seems to be too much of a coincidence that non of the frequencies carrying ITV are working for you.

Re: Itv chnls on sky Q

I found the best way to add ITV channels was to firstly delete all existing ITV Channels already saved.

I then, using the most recent data, added not the main ITV Channels but go to the regional stations, UTV AND STV worked for me and the +1 option and i saved 4 ITV stations that on the 15/3/25 worked successfully.
