Issues with paramount plus

I'm having an issue accessing Paramount Plus. When I open the app there's a message saying I already have an account and the App and that I just need to sign in to the app. When I sign in to the app it tells me I need to download the app! I'm just going round and round in circles. Can anyone help please?

How do I sign into Paramount+ with Sky?

I am just another Sky customer!

Hi - yes I've done that, but I just keep going round in circles. I open the app and sign in and  keep getting a message saying I need to open the app and sign in!
