SkyQ and catch up

When trying to watch a "catch up" programme, a message comes up saying an upgrade is needed even when it is on Channel 4/5.  We had the SkyQ box installed December 2023 and this has always happened.  Any suggestions please?

Afraid catch up or on Demand for Channel 4 and 5 need the Q HD add on
