Issue with order?

In my orders it says there is an issue? I have cancelled sky stream and signed up for sky q. How do I know if my new equipment is on its way? I currently have no sky!

Speak directly to Sky.

If you need to contact them you need to persevere by phone.

Hi @Amypat99   If you are new to Sky Q, the installer brings everything apart from the viewing card, which should be delivered before your installation date.
